WebPulse Labs provides website design and development, hosting and maintenance, automation and messaging workflows, local SEO support, advertising management, and related services. Service scope varies by client and is defined in your proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to required accounts, brand assets, and information needed to complete the work. Delays in approvals or materials may affect timelines.
Payments and Billing
Fees, billing frequency, and included deliverables are defined in your agreement. Third-party costs such as ad spend, domain registration, and certain software or platform fees may be billed separately when applicable.
Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as defined in your agreement. Requests outside scope may require additional time or fees.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services rely on third-party tools and platforms. WebPulse Labs is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or performance beyond our control.
AI Features
If your plan includes AI call answering, chat, or other AI features, outputs may be automated and may require review. You are responsible for verifying business-specific accuracy, availability, and compliance requirements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- You own your business content, logos, and brand assets.
- WebPulse Labs owns any pre-existing templates, frameworks, or internal systems used to deliver services.
- Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final website design and custom deliverables created for you, as specified in your agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including sending spam or attempting to exploit systems.
Disclaimers
We provide services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue outcomes, or advertising results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebPulse Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid to WebPulse Labs for the relevant service period, unless otherwise required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in your agreement. You remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.
